Should this dangerous practice be banned???

I really think that the dangerous practice of stopping your car on a roundabout should be banned and if the offence is commited it should carry a hefty fine. Why can't the idiots who insist on causing this obstruction see what a danger they are to all other road users. If there is a member of the police force reading this then please make it illegal. Thank you for listening and drive safely.
There are many things that happen on the roads of Doha everyday that should be banned- and this is one of them. It is very difficult to drive safely when so many drivers are in such a rush- in my opinion, to go nowhere fast- and don't care about any of the other drivers or people walking. I feel like I am playing Russian roulette everytime I get behind the wheel of my car.
VERY GOOD SUGGESTION . 110% AGREED. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO HAVRE A CLEAR PICTURE OF TRAFFIC IF ANOTHER CAR IS PARK ON THE DIE OF THE ROUND ABOUT. I BELIVE, IT IS LEGALLY ALLWOED TO PARK THE CAR AROUND THE ROUND ABOUT.
actually, I believe it IS illegal except for the police. Youare right tho...many a time I've had to pull WAY out to see past the parked car for oncoming traffic
