Hi there..

I am a female and I want information about self defence classes.. I was doing Karate here in Qatar for 6 months, but the classes were mostly in Katas and not in self defence.. The other girls with me were all arabic so understood that the instructor was avoiding to touch the students.. so I didnt like it..

Can you please inform me any classes about self defense?? what about Aikido??
