Dear everyone,
My husband has been proposed a job as electrical project manager in doha and i wish to know if the package is ok.
The french retired pension as well as the french social security is paid by the company.
Basic salary is QAR 13000 / month
Housing is QAR 8000 / month
Kid school is QAR 2000 / month

1) With this salary, can we have the same life standard as in France
2) How much is a typical monthly food basket for 2 adults + 1 kid (for ex shopping at Carrefour with mix french and local goods)?
3) How much is the utilities (water, electricity, gas) for a 3 bedrooms flat
4) How much is internet + television + phone package?
5) how much are leisures (sports, cinemas,.. )?

I heard that to know the cost of living of a country, one need to know the cost of a full menu at Mc Donalds. :)) Anyone knows the price of a full menu (per person) at Mc Donalds?
