Can anybody who lives (lived) there share your opinion on this compound? Do you have any complaints? Like maintance of villas/flats, swimmimng pools maintenance, noise, etc. Is everything working properly? Any problems with A/C?

I looked at it and it is nice, apart from the construction site in the middle - any idea when construction will start there? My child will start in Creative Child soon, so we are thinking to move there. Would be nice to know others' experience with this compound.

Any idea how much a 2 storey villa costs to rent in Riviera Gardens. We have been asking management but get different figures. It seems to be all up to negotiation. How much are others paying a month if I may ask?

Ah, so the hole is still there....they dug it when I lived three 4 years ago.

Watch out for the poop smell in some houses, it can get pretty noxious.
