write an email to your coworker and nottify him/her to stop the remarks. Copy this email to your supervisor and request for a meeting to resolve the issue. There is a pig that works in my office who thinks he ia always right.........I am waiting my turn too.
Get an ink pad, smother the ear piece of their phone in ink and then phone them up, they will walk around all day with a black ear and not know why people are making jokes about them!

Tell your managers what he is doing, Take examples of how he is wrong and show them.
If your manager is any good at all he will see what is going on.
