I was one of those people that has lost jobs in the recent months the company will give NOC. I have stayed for more that three months now and cant find a suitable job for me this sunday I will be going home.

My Visa will be cancelled but accourding to the company I can go back If I found a job back home going to qatar and still they will provide NOC.

My question is what are my option if I go back again and what kind of visa I will be using. Just want to have your opinion on the matter it would help me alot should I decide to come back with in two years. thanks

Thank you for the advice my company is one of the largest bank in qatar accourding to them they will give us NOC if we found a job here again just coordinate it again with them, or the representative of the company that will hire us should coordinate with them in order for us to return again

Make sure you collect NOC before you leave Qatar.

If you get any other offer in Qatar while you are in India, you will need to submit your NOC to your new employer for them to get you new employment visa.

If you can wait for 2 years, then you don't need NOC or release from your previous company, as that will nullify their sponsorship. If you plan on returning anytime, you need a NOC BEFORE you leave, otherwise immigration won't even allow you to step outside the airport because you have a CANCELLED Visa.

Just as the previous posting, i'd be more cautious if they won't give it to you prior to your departure.

which company promised you an NOC and won't give it to you before you leave? I'd be cautious here, once you leave they won't care any more.
