Is it true that rents are coming doen in Qatar? I stay i a part of villa, last month one of my neighbour changed his room & now this month one more family have shifted. Both rooms are unoccoupied now as no one is ready to stay there for the same rent which was earlier. So it seems to a a good sign for us & rents will hopefully come down!!!

Who said that Rents are going down in Qatar????

Last year when i came here, i managed to find a decent room for QR 1500/-. Now I am trying to find one for my friend & i am literally shocked by the rents.

Check out the QL Classifieds as well..... You really dont experience the good spirit in what you expected it to be.....

A 5 bedroom villa, which was rented for 22000qr/month last year was given for 11000QR. For more than one year, it remained unoccupied. The owner didn't bother to do anything about it. This happened in our neighborhood.
