With the new rental laws, what is the impact of my tenancy agreeemnt which was drawn up in May 07 and expiring in May 08? Will my rental amount remain the same upon expiration even though there is clause for landlaord to increase rental? Any comments for those who are familiar with the local laws.

ur lucky as ur rent will remain the same. all those who made a contract after march 2007 are lucky. others like us who made it before that had to pay extra on renewal of contract .
