the law says:
if u work for more than one year but less than five years, end of service gratuity is MINIMUM 21 days for each year.
if u work for more than five years, the minimum is one month for each year.
if u work less than one year, no end of service.
It is a minimum of 3 weeks a year.
and you should contact the employer to clarify this point.
but try not to be sarcastic and tell them the "Great" in you query, it won't be appreciated by them i assume.
