Regarding Qatar Labour Law for Annual leave

Hi
I have quiestion regarding labour law please help me if any one know.

I have finished two and half year with my company. Now i want to go for vacation. As per my contract i am entitled for 42 days leave every 2 years.

during this period i went for 20 days unpaid leave (10days emergency leave in my country & 10 days for Umrah to saudi arabia on my expense)

now my company is deducting 20 days from my vacation days.

Is this Ok? if company cut my vacation days which were unpaid leave.

What about Qatar Labour Law. Please reply.
