I have a friend of mine who is working in that company...
In his contract, his duty hours is from 8am to 8pm, but his boss wont allow him to go 8pm and they are not giving any overtime or extra amount. Most of his time He spent 13-14hours everyday.
And by the way, they are not giving any lunch break.
In the Holy Ramadan month timings too, Duty times are still the same..
He even told me his boss slap them. There boss think he is God or Overpower.
My question is, can he make any compalian to labour office via annonimous? He dont want to lose his job too since he have a family to support.
bring this case to the Human Rights Committee and to the Labor Office..but make sure to bring with you all the supporting documents and proof that this company is doing this things as what mention in your letter. and by the way don't file a complaint alone it would be better if more staff with the same problem are with you.
