Please if someone can help and give me an idea, how long will take for a bank in qatar to send me an offer if I did my second interview with them roughly less than one month and with all my trials to contact them they didn't efficiently give me an answer except still not finalize,is it normal! even the person who did the second interview promised that my offer will be disccussed and get back to me, is it wrong to try to follow up excessively on this or just need to wait more and if answer if reject why cant just say it?. thanks
More often in Banks, it takes longer for them to process offers, simple reason is that most signatories of the offer are out of Qatar on Business purposes, most of these are not just handling one post. They are mostly either part of other corporations. Other reason is there might be waiting for available Visas from Immigration. Just be patient. Pray harder. Best of luck.
Wait. Dont make them feel you are desperate for a job. Would have a impact on your offer letter. Chill.
