Recognise thieves in Real Estate Industry

As you know there are hundreds of illegal real estate agents in the market. Illegal in the sense they do not have correct visas to deal with such jobs. They have come in some other company visas but all what they do is finding houses for others and charging commissions. Nowadays it is difficult to get a house directly from owners because of this mafia. Not only that, they take money from prospect tenants saying that it is a deposit or a down payment to reserve the house. But some of these people vanish after that. They will not answer their phone after that. Please be careful from them.

Nowadays it is difficult to get a house directly from owners because of this mafia. Not only that there is a big impact for rental amounts from these people, may be only 60% of rent is gone to landlords but 40% goes to these agents / intermediates. We are paying (Family people) almost 50% of our salaries as house rents.
Well said..but how can get contacted to the house owners?
I think they are not interested to deal directly with people.
wen you get the cell number of these people,u hve to ask first.how much they are charging,what facilities they are providing,if he is the real owner,and abt the deposit. wen u gets the accommodation then after don't foolish to others pls.....if u need direct from landlord,just sticking around everywhere " any landlord has accommodation"......asl like
