I have subscribed to MozaicTv service, and out of experience, I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. Connection problems are never-ending. Lodging a complaint to Qtel is pretty much useless. They treat their customers like crap.

Take MozaicTv only if your willing to take on the headache that comes along with this service.
