How is QP as an Employer in a scale of 1-10?

Offered Job of 'Senior Foreman-mechanical(grade 10)' at QP Raslaffan. 16300QR all inclusive.(5500QR accom allw included in this )

would any one tell me is this Job is outdoor work or Inside Plant building with occational outdoors work.
why I am asking is to see if I need body cooling jacket if it is mainly outdoor work in hot sun.

they say 3 months probation and bachelor accomadation given free for this period.does it mean individual accom or sharing accom? and normaly where ?Doha /Alkhor/Raslaffan ?
