I have a QNB/Qatar Airways co branded credit card. I have been using it since February and i have still not received ANY Qmiles for my useage!

I have been speaking to QNB (call centre) since APRIL and i have STILL not received any Qmiles. Everytime i call QNB i am told that they have passed the details to the relevant department and i should check after 1 week.

In the month that i have lodged this complaint with QNB they have only called me back ONCE! And that was to tell me that they have still not resolved the issue!!!

Is anyone else having the same problem? Are QNB really giving Qmiles in return for using their card?

I got a QNB-QTel card that offered 25000 Nojoom points but only received 15000!

Nobody has an answer to this since February!

Yes they do. In my case they were sending the qmiles to another account, also mine, but did I not know that QNB opened a second one for me. Later, Qatar Airways had to combine the two.
