The new water and electricity saving law is soon to become effective.

But, the big question is this, is it fair, or usefull, to fine customers who are already paying the bills?

recycle the water and make revenues for car washing companies.

This law is unfair...

They should be conserving Petrol not water....they should do what Iran Does .....ration petrol...only then will people learn to be frugal

But then this is the gulf...

You can wash your car at home- just use a bucket of water and not a hose.I hope this law is enforced as it really bugs me to drive through pools of water in the neighbourhood where people have been spraying their cars or washing their yards with water from a hose pipe. The end of my street regularly resembles a swimming pool.We live in a desert climate for goodness sakes, where do these people think the water comes from or how much resources are used to supply it?

May your dreams take you travelling all through your life.
