I saw and read a lot about leasehold and freehold and was confused, finally I stumbled upon a one word definition that every sub continent guy WILL understand, at least the Indians will

leasehold = [pagdi] ka ghar
freehold = [khud] ka ghar

I hope this is clearer for my Indian counterparts!
