Depends what sector your in? whats your job role? your company will provide you with an offer based on your current salary, as there are three of you I would ask for at least 20k -would settle for minimum 17k (but this depends on your job role). Tell your company that your used to a certain type of lifestyle and that you a better salary to feel more comfortable - as this effect how you work professionally.

Also depends what kind of life you both want? I would definitely get them to pay for your child's schooling - then you wont have to worry about it.

Yes. It is enough to live happily a middle class western life with school.

this salary is on an above average basis for you to survive here in with family since you are given other benefits and allowances,.

depends on ur qualification & experience, more u educated, more u deserve. chek out in classifieds section ur desired position & salary. best of luck :)
