it says qatar airways office building number two, mall roundabout,C-ring....so i assumed this is not the big building

its on D-Ring Road.
Qatar Airways Office Building is located between Tadamon R/A and The Mall R/A.
Before reaching Al Ahli Sports Club it will be on your Right hand side. The Buildings are with Big Banners so cant be missed.

The Main QA building is on airport road before the airport signal. From mall round about you head towards the airport signal (FFC to your right,airport is straight) you turn LEFT from this signal and go to the next signal which is Toyota Signal (Toyota car show room) you make a U Turn from this signal and you'll see QA building to your right. I think there is also Jeep/Dodge Show room there.
