When can buy stamps and post a letter in Doha???

I went to the post office today during my luch break and was told it is open between 08.00am and 11.00am and then again at 8.00pm and 11pm so I went onight and was told to come back tomorrow? Alll I want to do is buy a stamp and post a letter!?

Doe anybody know when the post office opens and closes for SURE?

The web site gives conflicting information.

I ONLY WANT TO SEND A LETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
