Phuket, Koh Samui or Phi Phi Island?

I am looking at going to Thailand early next year but don't know anyone who has been. It all looks so fabulous but which is the best resort for a couple who enjoy the quiet life but would also like a good choice of bars etc in easy reach. Thanks in advance for any advice. :)

If you would like to unwind , relax and be close to nature, I highly recommend "Koh Samui".

Seafood is fresh as it could ever be especially the "LOBSTERS" from the straits.

Cheers,

Hi

I think Phuket is such a lovely place, that I am already planning to go there for the third time next feb..

The first time was with wife and li'l daughter, and it was amazing..Second time with a friend..again amazing..Phuket doesnt cease to amaze me...The more you go there the more you want to go..

You can stay at the Pacific Club Resort in Karon Beach. They are a Beautiful Botique Resort with lovely frirndly staff and amazing rooms. They are rated very well on trip advisor, and their prices are much cheaper as compared to their rating. check www.tripadvisor.com .

Havent been to Ko-Sumoi or Phi Phi Island so cant comment.

More info or discussion on Phuket, u can call me on : 5525795.

Have a nice trip.

Regards

I was in October last year in Kho Chan and I can recomend if you are looking for something quiet and nice.

It is absolutely not so crowded as Phuket and prices are really nice.

Problem: you will not have so many bars as it is a not so developed area (but still you can find nice resorts).

I TOTALLY recommend "Koh Samui". Stay at the "Montien House". It was amazing!

Well, it also depends when you are going there!

Summer time can get really rainy, especially on the west coast (Phuket).

Phuket is a very noisy town, prostitution is in your eyes everywhere you go, so not really nice if you are a girl...

Samui and Phi Phi are faboulous for relaxing on the beach and have decent parties at night, without going wild. Lovely places and incredible seafood!

if u are thinking of just having a quiet, rest and relax trip, i advise you not to go to PHUKET, that place is just full of crap~but if u are looking for some fun and booze then go to PHUKET, if not dont~

i would say KRABI, or KOH SAMUI will be good, nice beach, nice surroundings, relaxing~
