How safe are these partitioned villas?
How long Qatar goverment will allow partition villas when considering the case of Dubai, UAE goverment banned that ?

Until there is a solution to the accmodation issue [ie apts' at an affordable price ] I doubt there will be a ban, besides there are at least 4 people living in each villa, if they bring in a ban there will be lots of other problems....

Roadtripper I am planning to shift to a partitioned villa from a flat which became costlier for me. I got a doubt that may be there is some action from Qatar Goverment, same as UAE since there were some fire in such type of villas recently in Doha.

if what you trying to say is subletting your property ... it is illegal without a written consent from your landlord.

although alot of people in Doha doing it ... if you got caught by your landlord doing that (subletting without permission) they have all the rights to kick you out from the property.

What do you mean by partitioned villas?or the rooms of the villas are partitioned? There is nothing wrong with partitioning especially the room rates at souring high.
