arab latino could mean that he is mixed.. for example, like Shakira Lebanese-Columbian... what's not clear here? and he lived in Texas.. why not?
I think Oryx suggested not to look for the latin community coz you are focused on LATINA, it means that you are looking for the girl, and since QL is not a dating site this kind of “searching” is NOT encouraged here.
But this is only my assumption.
