Dear all,

as i m living here from last 2 years, my salary is QR3800 and i have PayCard from Commercial Bank Qatar. I asked Commercia Bank for ATM (Visa Debit Card) but they says that minimum salary required QR4000 for open a bank account with salary certificate etc. With PayCard i cant shopping or using ATM frequently, no cheque book , no account, even cant change my password :)

I want to ask that

May i apply for an Account in any bank without restrictions (Salary certificate, minmum balance requirement, service charges etc) as my company never give us Salary Certificate.

I want to open account for Visa Debit Card, Cheque Book and frequently usage.

Please help n guide.
