Need an urgent help and advice please
I have been suffering since last 03 weeks for vehicle parking in my building. Every tenant got the parking block according to their flat number in the building. So accordingly I have my parking block and that has been taken by an other tenant in the building. But he has his own parking block, so when I ask him to park in his block he says that his parking block was taken by the other person and “ that person is not giving” Therefore he can’t give my parking etc..Actually company has marked the numbers in every parking block according to the flat numbers. So I went to capital police and logged a complain, then police captain called to this person to remove his car from my parking block. So removed his car from that place and put his friend’s car in my place who is currently on vacation. So that person has given the key of the car to this man. So again I went to police told about this, but when policemen calls this person, he says he doesn’t know about this and car owner is on vacation. He parked his car & went like that “making a false story to put me in pressure”. Even building security also could not do anything when he parks his friend car in my block and he also warned. But he did not listen to that at all. I really did not do anything wrong to him. He is behaving with aggressive and arrogant manner. So I called finally 999 told about this problem. Then they gave this number 44521111 to complain. Then they asked to come there. when I go to capital police, they say to go to momura traffic police when I go to momura police they say to go Madeena kalifa police like that. So nobody has not taken any action against this person. So I already spent days and hours on the roads and wasted times. Still my problem has not been solved and my vehicle is being parked out side of the building even I have own parking block
Pls note that the building owner has given a notice that every tenet they should park according to their flat number. But he is violating the rules and blocking my park. myself and my family also suffering a lot from this. Please let me know what should I do and how can I solve my problem and where I can point this problem. I need an immediate solution for this.
to solve th problem you talk to the owner of the building he has to apply the rules stated in the rent contract.you might go to the police if the incident is in public place but that is you accomodation where you are having a problem.if the owner couldn`t solve the problem you give him a notice that you are leaving the flat.there is no point to pay for someting you are not getting.you rent a flat with park slot.claim what is yours without getting violent.

im not be able to look for an other flat.. i did all whatever i can...nothing is remaining to do....pls give me a correct solution for this
im not able to change my house....This flat owner also talked to him serveral times but he is not listening. Actually the person who parked in my place is also living in the same building who is on vacation. But his parking is outside of the building. But these both are talking together and doing this nasty works....i really dont know what will happen and how can i find a correct solution for this
its time to have yr own parking lot so look for a villa....solve yr problem with the nasty people....just move on rather than fighting with this kind od peoples...
try to talk to ur building owner and let him remove the car, the car is for unknown person and with out any notice he has parked the car there and went for vacation. the building owner has rights to remove the car from there and eg handover to police or park somewhere. talk to him sure things will be fine, talk to Qatari owner of your building not the agent or anyother.
I wrote the letter even i took some pictures and videos as well to the police...But nothing is working as i said this is going on like "football passing"...Nothing is remain i have done all the steps.. kindly pls be adviced to me correctly...
Now this problem has become like football passing here to there and there to here. Nobody is giving correct solution even if i go to the concerend authorities.. It will be a great help to guide me properly. I have done all the steps whatever i can..but i never want to do anything out of the law. IF there is an special person or traffic policemen to tell this problem and sort out it will be highly appreciatable... Thank you

please write a offical letter to capital police station stated that a unknown car parked at my parking slot from ...... days/month plz help me to remove that vehicle...
I dont want to do any voilation, finally i will be in trouble. Even my tenants also talked to this person. but continously he doing this nasty works. Pls help me to give straight forward solution. To whom i can tell and sort out this problem immediately.
Why can't you discuss this matter with the other tenants & landlord. They will help you to resolve this issue. I thing you dont have gutts to do so..
Okay brother, you should not have gone to the capital police directly. You could have asked this question here before you went to the police and wasted your time.
if you are really determined to get what you deserve, do as I say and perhaps this would really help you. (read more below by clicking the read more button)
First, talk frankly to that person for the last time. If he becomes abusive and aggressive, by all means, just leave, and don’t keep taking his rubbish talks. Also don’t tell him that you are going to talk to the owner of the building. And remember, no physical fight or harm or injury. No physical contact.
Second, notify the building owner or the person with whom you have made your contract with. Let them know of your present condition and in full details what happened. Remember, you’re the client, so you’re the boss. You have full rights to demand it by force (mental force, not physical) or by warning. Give them a deadline; say within 2 days action must be taken.
Third, if nothing happens, then you definitely need to start taking an action on yourself. And remember this last resort need guts and strong heart. Talk to a vehicle tower, there are lots of them in here. If you don’t have a number, ask me! I will find one for you! For free! Of course you have pay the driver yourself.
So, talk to the car tower, and tow the car away from your parking garage. Park your car in there, and put a chain on the garage entrance. Next time you remove your car from the entrance, make sure you securely lock the entrance. Do this for a week or two, and the other guy won’t dare pressurizing or trouble you.
You should directly approach the owner of building who issued “numbered park place for every flat” rule or maintaining company. They should sort out your problem and even call police if needed.
Oh another thing you can do is call the police and tell them there is an unknown/ unclaimed car in your slotted car park, which has been laying there for weeks. They should tow it away :-)
