Need Some Help regarding accident and claim issues

Hi,

I recently had a really bad accident near Family Food Center Airport. It was same old way the front car stopped and i stopped but the person coming from back, according to my observation didn't even used the brakes and crashed into my car leaving it totally crushed from back and front end smashed into the front car .Later he was giving some stupid excuse that there was a car coming from right and he gave him way or something so i was injured and i went to hospital and later i went to police and all they said cancel the car and they asked if i need anything for my injury which i couldn't understand because of lack of Arabic language and which according to insurance is not serious injury where as i still have neck pain.
Now my questions are:
1: Is there any way i can claim money for my injury from that person .My injury might not be serious but i still have neck Pain.
2: Insurance said i can cancel my car or they can repair it .If repairing they will put used original parts may be because i am having 3rd party insurance. My car is totally crushed from back till the chasis but chasis are fine....What concerns me more is how come no one is saying anything to that person who crashed into me with such a speed that my car is totally damaged .Now i want that person to suffer i mean i want my car in perfect condition or i want my price.!!!

I have Honda Civic 2009 Full Option with special edition including Sun Roof and leather sport seats...The person who hit me he had Nativa i guess....
Any Advice would be helpful....

Thanks

Bad luck...:(.That person smashed so hard that the rear chassis are damaged now i have no option but to negotiate with the insurance company to increase the price. These Rules are really messed up and no one is there who cares.....Feel like burning down the insurance company O.o

My friend, really no use of going to police station again they will not entertain this type of statements and they are not doing anything after issuing the police report.... better to negotiate with the insurance company for the claim. This is the rule in Qatar and we have no option other than accepting it. Good luck

If i go for repair,it doesn't matter as his insurance will pay for the damage. They are offering me 40 k if i cancel the car where as in my insurance its price is 42500 before they were saying 45 but not they are saying 40.I am worried if i repair it.It might have some weird sounds and the smoothness wont be there :( .What makes it worst is the person who gave the statement at the accident spot(my friend) didn't even mentioned that the person who hit me didn't used brakes at all.He was looking on the right i guess at some cruiser which was coming from there .... I might go to police and explain it to them.Hope i get some good response..

the best way is go to the insurance of the other person...talk to the manager that they have to pay the cost of the car bcoz the car will be cancelled.

Sad that you are one of the few unlucky people with Honda Civic!!!

Repairs will cost you a good amount, rather sell of or cancel the car!

For me, slight repair of back side cost atleast 10k and it was also third party. Mine is Honda Civic 2008 with similar options.

Best of luck!!!

i suggest, cancel the car!

go to the police station with some one who can speak arabic....explain the situation to the person who is going to iterpret for u....in most cases the fault is of the person who hits u from behind...his insurance shud take care of ur liabilities [car and self] u have a long way 2 go to claim....all the best..
