Could u plz help me knowing how many expatriates from each nationality are currently in qatar?
Or could u please tell me from where i can get more information concerning this matter?

all different nationalities are here... you are one of them as soon as you get in here...
Try googling "demographics Qatar" you should come up with a long list of websites including one called cia.gov world factbooks. If you're really lucky there may be a Qatari government site (perhaps with the chamber of commerce or the Ministry of the Interior) that provides data like that

i think u will get the information only from Immigration Department...
Probably from the Ministry of Interior, again they will probably ask you why you need such information. I would have suggested the embassies but nor everyone registers with the embassies when they come to Doha.
