I want to fix a home-made chin-up exercise bar between 2 walls on my balcony.

Job specs:
I need someone who can weld a steel / iron bar of approx 3-4 cm’s diameter and approx 1,64 meters in length to 2 square flat metal pieces/plates.
Then I need you to come to my apartment and drill holes in the wall as well as the square metal pieces) and fix this bar between the 2 walls.
It’s a very easy job which I would do myself if I had the equipment.
You would have to provide all the materials as well.
Pls let me know if you are able to do this and we can discuss the job at my apartment after you do the measuring etc. and then we can discuss the price.
