AS far as i know they will estimate the price of the items and you will have to pay 4 % of the value they give for your items

wishing you good luck !

moved ariund 290kg of stuff from kuwait to india...no issues. There are lots of door to door courier guys in Fahaheel/Abbasiya etc. catch hold of anyone of those, they do a pretty decent job.

Had our household stuff shipped from Saudi to here, 10 cubic meters and it cost us 7000 Saudi Riyals. We have 35 various sizes of boxes including 43 inches TV, 3 computers, home theater all kitchen stuff and other personal effects, bicycles etc.

We we're charged of Door to door but when it get here we ended up collecting it from the port and we pay some more but not much. Customs wasn't a problem. It took 2 weeks to receive our stuff.

I can't tell you specifically about custom charges. But while relocating from Oman to Qatar, we have booked our goods like PC thru a door-to-door cargo. We paid the whole amount including tax, customs etc in Oman only. They charged us approximately 120 Omani Riyal for 95 KG of goods including PC. See if you are having any door-to-door cargo mover there in Kuwait. It will save much pain for you.
