If it's under your name, you can ask qtel about it... but then as far i know you can try to load atleast 10 rials then it will be reactivated, but before hand better try to call using that number then a operator will prompt you with a message and instruction.
Since you lost the sim card 2 years before, sometimes the same number will be activated to some other person's name.
Why dont you call Qtel on 111 and ask? They are the only one who can tell you a reliable answer to your question.
