hi does anybody know whether its safe to rent a place in a villa that has been cut up into many rooms.this one has a kitchen,and two rooms and a toilet.there is about 7 to 8 different so call apartment in one villa.

Well for me there is advantanges and disadvantages, in my opinion don't rent them who are making the partition of the villa. First, if you are concerned about your safetiness dont rent with them. In my information they are not legal to partition the villa or any changes unless they have permitted to change that or authority. And if you notice and observe them they dont care and mostly everybody does..but not all, some people are concerned but what to do, we want to help but nobody want to give a support? All they want is more profit or commissions....but the package they offer is to much for people who are no choices and need it very badly!.... it up to you..we want a decent life in qatar, but what to do? We are all temporary here!
