By first week of july would be my supposed second vacation, Last years me and my manager agreed that after finish my 2yrs contract I will get my next vacation every year. Now that this coming month I will finish my 1yr. Upon asking for my vacation next month he immediately said to me that there will be no vacation until next year?
My excitement for vacation turn to sadness..my family expect me to go home? I feel he disregard my rights what should I do... My manager is had short temper. I know he will not accept any reason or accept my resignation I want to go home pls..help

Check your contract what is written in there. If it says every 12 months or every 24 months?

If it is not written in your contract and If the promise is verbal conversation forget about it.
