If manpower is needed, well its between you and your employer. You can charge it as OVERTIME or DAYS-OFF.

Its an internal arrangement.

If not compensated, then, thats the time you can make your case.

Because everyone is entitled for an EID HOLIDAY.

im sur you are working with qatari sponsor not in big compagny so ,my advice just try to get other job in dubai because if you will ask for day off,no more salary and they will send you jell and they will send you back home so try to save your dignity and go back with normal way, book your ticket in qatar airways

Hi even me we dont have any eid holidays ... i dont think we get paid 150% it is normal pay...we dont even get ramadan working hours changed to 6 hrs +2 hrs overpaid ..(even if the person doesnt work) they get paid for 2 hrs due to ramadan days...but we work for 8 hrs and also we get only 2 hrs overtime ...so dont worry we are on ur side...

It depends.

If the company is paying you 150% rate then it is legal.

Or if the company would compensate you with days of leave it maybe legal.

Or if you have a certain rotation of less than a year say 4 days work and 4 days rest days.

Kindly clarify in order for the QL members to help you and answer you better.

Cheers..
