MOZAIC TV CONNECTION?

I had filled the form for a mozaic tv connection on 11 july 2013 through ooredoo and have still not got any appointment date from their people for the installation. Every time i call their customer executives they reply by saying that it will be done shortly, but still no progress. Its been more than a month now. How boring it is without tv. What should i do? Plzzzzz suggest.
Call them frequently .... to get it done ... may be overloading of tasks ...

Normally, date fixing done during first week while installation done accordingly. maximum two weeks. May be some problem. Again visit Q tel.
Suggest you visit their office located at several convenient points in Doha. They may help you out.
