As per the labour law you are supposed to work 8 hours per day and the extra working hours should be given over time. If the working time is continuous the company should allow a break after 5 hours. I think you should have an employment contract with the Money Exchange which both yourself and the Sponsor would have signed and submitted to the Labour Department before processing your RP. They should have given a copy of the same to you.

Mr. Abihary99's answer is not fair, we are here to work but according to labour law, you have no right to break the labour law, if someone works more than 8 hrs they have to pay over time, we are human beings not machines, you cant work 11-12 hrs a day in the same energy, after 4 hrs sitting you will be tired, All other rules are obeying here and why the rules which helps the empolyees are ignoring??!!. First up all before you join you should check the timing if any working hours exceeding the normal hours should not accept the offer. I know some companies here in Qatar works morning 6 to 6 pm without any break and no over time?
