I can tell you that the minimum salary you have to get to be allowed to work in Germany recently was reduced from 83.000 Euro to 68.000 Euro. (per year)

I think I recently read an article in the Gulf Times saying that the Indian Embassy in Qatar is very close to signing an agreement with the State of Qatar for minimum wages to its labor.

Now, I hope that by this agreement they cover not only the labor but the skilled manpower staff as well!!!
