Lost and Found... anyone?

I just wanna know if there's such thing as Lost and Found section either here or anywhere.. (QA websites, newspapers etc.) co'z i just lost my emirati driving license before i tried to convert it to Qatar License. Those ministry authorities really givin' me a hard time despite of having my police report/clearance and other documents/certificates that proves my legitimacy.

regarding the UAE License i Suggested to call the Embassy, mybe they can do somthing to u .
