Location of Azerbaijan Embassy

Hello people. I am trying to locate the Azerbaijan embassy here in Doha. I have a phone number 4493 2450 which no one answers.
From a previous post here on QatarLiving, somebody had said that it is near the Newton International School in West Bay and behind the Spanish embassy.
Does anybody know if it is still there or if it has moved? Would be really grateful if anybody could give me any directions to this place. If it is behind the Spanish embassy, do let me know directions to that place as I have no idea where that is :)

hello to every one , im from azerbaijan , i come to qatar many time about looking for a job,this time i stack i cant come to doha bcz many time visa rejected ,i check here in my country in qatar airways the say 80%the make visa rejected ,but she doesnt know also if any body can help me with visa
