Locally Hired by HMC, how many months to wait?

Hi.

I'm a Filipino Female Nurse and was interviewed by Hamad Medical Center (Al Wakra Hospital) in February. Luckily, passed the interview. But until now (May 9,2013), I still haven't started work with them. They asked me to submit my Passport copy 5 days ago. Can you guys please tell me, if you know how much more months will I be waiting for me to start my work.

anyways, I'm under a Father's Sponsorship, since Hamad woundn't give me a Sponsorship from them.

Thank you. Your answers regarding this query will so much be appreciated.

God bless us all.

I have the same situation. I got intervied June 10, 2013. The Supervisor told me that wait for 1 to 2 weeks for you offer letter. But until now they haven't called me yet. Is these normal? or will i expect still a call from HMc?

they will give offer letter to you in couple of days.once you sign and agree with package & terms then they will ask you to have no objection from your husband (or sponsorer)

then the will issue an Arabic contract details for ministry of interior. you have to take it there along with police clearance from your embassy MOFA attested and original degrees with photo copies. once they issue your work permit and it reaches HMC, they will call you for medical.medical will take another 10 days.once you clear, you will be called to join.
