Hello All,

I have a query.
I joined a company here in december 2009 under a work visa & my contract duration is for 3 years.
Now I want to move out of the company doe to some reasons & join another company in Doha itself.
Can you let me know the procedures for doing this???

Any information will be of great help..

As far as i know sponorship can only be tranferred after an employee has worked for their original sponsor for a minimum two years..(can someone please clear me out if am wrong with this information?)

So i don't think NOC will work in your case..

As per law, you cant switch your job during the first year...that means, even if you get the NOC from your sponsor, you cant switch your job till December 2010.
