IS IT TRUE THAT PHILIPPINES ARE BANNED FOR 60 DAYS???????

I heard that Philippines are banned for 60 days here in Qatar..I'm worried because I'm planning to get my husband by this January 2011 by business visa..can anyone help me...tnx a lot!

tnx guys....but how about the news regarding on business and visit visa...I also heard also that all business and visit visa are not allowed now here in qatar..
