After getting termination letter no need to follow notice perioid. Infact company should give you one month extra salary and they have to give certain period of time to you to settle all your things and you can leave the country later.

Notice period means you have to continue working with your company during that period with same salary. Only if the Company itself allows you to leave before, you can leave even on the day of resignation. But it's usually not possible because the Companies require time for Bank/Qtel Clearance/Visa Cancellation/Settlement etc.
