Is it possible for any expatriate to buy some prpoerty in new real state projects like pearl qatar etc

Well be ware the global economic crises, it is hitting every where. Some of these projects will get delayed, others will be put on a long long hold.

I think it's very good idea bcos if u have 2 bedroom flats stil u hv to pay abt QR7500/- so better to pay that money for ur own house and maybe u get resident permit for 99 yeras as well.

YES, defenitely it's possible, Commercial bank have an offer for 7,500QR to owe at The Pearl. The good thing is that you get a 99 years visa RP. If I have the money, I will defenitly buy there, its amazing!!!

Yes,there are several project going on where expats can buy property, Pearl is one, the Lusail project is another one.

Man, dont mind, but seeing ur profile, i m wondering how will u be able to buy property here?? If u will ask me, frankly speaking, I CANT and will never be in a position to buy property here..Its in MILLION dear..I can only dream of..But u can go ahead with ur dream and let v QLers to know if u will succeed..ALL THE BEST..

The best deal for buying at the Pearl is you get a visa but as a foreignor it hasn't been tested as yet. Which means if a company fires you does it mean since you own at the Pearl can you stay.
