complan to labour office they will kick him if you are afraid pass to me the neam of company and if god willing do something .

Do not pay single penny to the sponsor. As the company is closed, you can approach the Labour Court for transfer of your documents along with visa to another sponsor. It will cost you only QR 10/-

Surely its not fair and its illegal.
Go to human rights commission they will do the transfer without a need to pay a dime
