If the lung scar is due to passing of bullet and not due to respiratory illness, will it be acceptable?
Person is physically fit and technically competent and the gun shot wound was inflicted 27 years ago. He has been working in other GCC countries. In fact, he had just finished his contract in Saudi Arabia four months ago. He has just been accepted for employment in Qatar and will be undergoing Medical and visa processing. What are the chances that he could pass the medical? If not, could he still appeal with previous medical records to attest to his being fit to work? Your advice would be greatly appreciated. I am asking for my father. I really wanted for him to come here and be with me and my siblings. Life is short and it would be a great blessing if our family could be together at last.
As long as your father has all medical records concerning the mentioned bullet-scar in the lung then it most likely not to have any problem.
On the other hand if he was working in Saudi he must have had to go through the medical examination and maybe he had to justify or defend his medical condition.
Hope it works out for you...best of luck!!
Regards!!
I think the medical people can tell the difference between a bullet scar and a TB lesion.
