If it is just a licquor case then it i think you can still apply for a job in dubai. Unless it is a serious criminal case then you will have a major major problem.

No worries... you can enter Dubai or any of the other GCC countries... Nothing like a GCC ban unless or otherwise you get in to a few million dollar case or any criminal case

It all depends - you can have a GCC wide ban but you have to have mucked up in a serious way to get this
