likewise, i'm also hoping that my internet speed would soon double, or maybe triple, quadruple... anyhow that should make it run faster.

I guess they are doing it area wise, once it reaches your place you will find the speed doubled. You dont have to do anything about it, once done you will receive a confirmation sms from QTEL regarding your upgrade.

the upgrade might stil take time to implent for some users..chk wid qtel..
