does anyboday know that if we get the i phone from vodafone, then is it unlocked or is it locked and works with only the vodafone sim?

but on vodafone website it says that 16 GB is not available. Any body has any idea if it will be?

but remember if you use Qtel sim or any other sim except vodafone, Facetime feature of Iphone 4 would be disabled.

Facetime feature is locked to work only with Vodafone.
