I NEED DIFFERENT POINTS OF VIEW ABOUT THE CANCELLATION OF VISA W/O NOTICE
PLEASE ADVICE ASKED REGARDING MY FRIENDS CASE...HER GENERAL MANAGER CANCEL HER VISA W/O PRIOR NOTICE..WE COMPLAIN TO LABOR BUT THE GENERAK TELL THE LABOR THAT HE IS NOT HAPPY OR SATISFIED MY FRIEND WORK AND MY FRIEND LOST SOME DOCUMENTS WHICH IS NOT TRUE..MY FRIEND HAVE A PROOF THAT SHE NEVER LOST AND DELAYED TO FORWARD THE PAYROLL SLIP..INFACT ALL THE EMPLOYEE SSPECIALLY MY KABAYAN WORKING THERE FOR 3MONTHS NO SALARY... AND PREVIOUS SALARY THEY JUST ADVANCE IT TO FULLY PAID THERE SALARY..THEY ADVANCE 100-150 RIYAL...THEY ARE WILLING TO TESTIFY THAT THERE GENERAL MANAGER PALESTINIAN ALWAYS DELAYED THERE SALARY AND THEY DONT HAVE 3MONTHS SALARY...
WE REALLY NEED JUSTICE FOR MY FRIENDS CASE BECAUSE HER FUTURE AND FAMILY FUTURE WAS CUT BY HER MANAGER HERE IN QATAR W/O NOTICE! AT LEAST SHE WILL GO TO PHILIPPINES LOOSE OR WIN WITH JUSTICE AND OF COURSE HOPE AND PRAY WITH SOME COMPENSATION!ANYWAY HER PASSPORT IS STILL AT HER GENERAL MANAGER HAND... AND SHE DONT HAVE A COPY OF CONTRACT!
Your views were already read by QL'ers as per your previous posts. If you have spoken to some people in Labor Department, just follow up with them. All people here can not confront the GM of your friend. If you are looking some people to sympathize with your friend, we got that point. But we are not authorized to do actions for your friend. Only authorities here can do that. Come on! You are just making some people MOCK you on trying to bring this up again. Nothing personal! Just go to proper authorities to handle that...
She can complain in labor Department. its managers responsibility to prove his arguments...
What do you mean i cant get your points..she have proof on her sent items! why email on sent items that she forward early is not valid?

YOU POSTED THIS BEFORE, and there's no way she can prove that "SHE NEVER LOST AND DELAYED TO FORWARD THE PAYROLL SLIP", there's nothing anybody can do.
I wish our friend good luck in the Philippines, or anywhere else she goes to, or here if she comes back in 2 years.
